wi888 reserves the right to decline any registration application, or to close an Account at any time, without being required to provide a reason — particularly where wi888 has reasonable grounds to suspect that the eligibility criteria above have not been met, or that the applicant poses a financial, reputational, regulatory, or security risk to the platform.
One Account Policy: Each player may hold only one wi888 Account. If wi888 identifies that a player holds multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — wi888 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts immediately, void any open bets or bonus balances, and withhold or return only the verified real-money deposit balance at its sole discretion.
wi888 operates under an international gaming licence that requires it to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all registered players. KYC verification may be triggered at registration, before a player's first withdrawal, upon reaching a cumulative transaction threshold, or at any other time at wi888's discretion.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the time period specified by wi888 will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality. In cases of prolonged non-compliance, wi888 may close the Account and return any verified real-money deposit balance to the original payment method used for deposit, after deducting any bonus funds credited and not yet subject to a completed wagering requirement.
All KYC documents submitted to wi888 are processed, stored, and protected in accordance with the wi888 Privacy Policy.
5.1 Deposits. wi888 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Omni, Meezan Bank, and Raast instant payments. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction. wi888 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges for which wi888 accepts no liability.
Deposits are credited to your wi888 wallet in PKR within the time indicated at the point of transaction. wi888 is not responsible for delays caused by payment service providers, bank processing times, or network interruptions on the Pakistani banking infrastructure.
5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed in the wi888 account cashier at the time of the request. wi888 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 1–3 business days; however, processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, public holidays in Pakistan, or where additional verification documentation is required.
5.3 Currency. All balances, wagers, winnings, and transaction records on the wi888 platform are denominated in PKR. wi888 does not accept deposits in, or make payments in, any foreign currency. Any currency conversion that may occur at the payment provider level is entirely the responsibility of the player.
5.4 Refusal of Transactions. wi888 reserves the right to refuse, delay, or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, Terms breach, or other prohibited conduct. In such cases, wi888 may report the transaction to the relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities as required by its licence obligations.
wi888 may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentive offers to eligible players. All promotions are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum qualifying deposit amounts, maximum withdrawal limits on bonus winnings, and expiry periods.

7.2 Casino & Live Dealer Games. All casino games operate in accordance with the rules of the individual game as displayed within the game interface. Game outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. In the event of a disconnection during a live dealer game session, the outcome will be determined in accordance with the rules of the relevant game studio. wi888 will not be liable for losses arising from player-side connectivity interruptions.
7.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake amounts are displayed within each betting market and game interface. wi888 reserves the right to apply individual stake limits to specific player accounts where there are risk management grounds to do so.
7.4 Errors & Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software fault that affects the outcome of a game or bet, wi888 reserves the right to void all affected bets and return the relevant stakes to players' accounts. No player has any entitlement to winnings arising from a technically defective game outcome.
7.5 Maximum Winnings. wi888 may apply maximum payout limits on individual bets, sessions, or promotions. Where applicable, maximum payout limits are displayed at the point of bet placement. Winnings exceeding the stated maximum will be reduced to the maximum limit; no additional amounts will be paid.

wi888's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that player to wi888 in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits wi888's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
The wi888 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. wi888 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.
Nothing in this clause prevents wi888 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
